Also this week, we dive deep into the world of EA’s microtransactions. Blumhouse is brining a whole new adaptation of “The Thing” to the big screen, and we close out the news talking all about the big announcements from the world of Overwatch.

From there we get into why Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is getting a delay and why that could be a good thing for everyone.
Also this week, Hawkeye is getting a new, really cool sounding series. Venom 2 is getting a new villain added to its ranks, and the creator of The Punisher finally speaks out about police co-opting the Punisher’s logo. We close out the news this week talking about Devolver’s opinion on the Steam vs Epic store debate, and Capcom teases us with talks about revitalizing old IPs that they own.
Our Boss Room this week is about the Modern Warfare Battle Pass and if it’s the answer to the microtransaction model plaguing modern video games.

Also this week, John Carpenter comes to the DC Universe in a huge way. Kevin Feige is stepping out of the Marvel world to try and tackle the ever expanding world of Star Wars. The news gets weird as we talk about The House of the Dead making a comeback and Medal of Honor being resurrected from the grave. We close out the news this week with a discussion about Call of Duty Modern Warfare’s microtransactions and how predatory they could be.
