Why do some movies send the wrong message?
Greetings adventurers, welcome to this weeks installment of The Surly Nerd! After our prelude, we head right into the weekly raid (our news roundup).
Kicking things off this week, Donnie Cates is giving back to comics in a huge way and is encouraging others to do so. Sam Rami has been confirmed as the director for Doctor Strange 2, and there’s a new series in the works based on the Overlook Hotel.
Also this week, a Justice League Dark show is finally happening. Crysis is getting a remake and a new X-com is dropping this week. We wrap up the new talking about a new show coming to Netflix based off Image’s comic: Killadelphia.
Our Boss Room this week is all about why people take the wrong messages away from some film.
As always, we appreciate all our adventurers who listen to the show every week and we look forward to your feedback on what we discuss! (firstname.lastname@example.org!)
