From there we move on to level 2, game industry news where we fill you in as to why GTA Vice City was pulled from Steam recently, how much Black Ops made in 24 hours, how many people have finished HALO 4 and what Valve is working on outside of Steam.
Wrapping up the show this week is level 3, entertainment news where we go into the new X-men film, Tarantino talking about retirement, when the new Spider Man is being made, a DEUS EX movie and what Ben Affleck is doing with The Stand. We end the show on a high note discussing some more Star Wars rumors and what types of Video Game levels we hate in our Drinks at the Inn segment.

In Level 2: Gaming Industry News we chat about Nintendo taking a hit on the Wii U, what the creator of Wing Commander is up to and what it means for the gaming industry, what’s up with Zynga and a college course on gaming at Rice University and the people who work in the industry who make us sad.
In level 3 we have entertainment news with talk about the Walking Dead, X-men, The Avengers and what the hell Michael Bay is yelling about these days. We move from there to our Drinks at the Inn segment where we talk about the 80s horror/comedy classic HOUSE and why you should have been watching it.

Greetings adventurers and welcome back to our little Inn on the internet we call The Surly Nerd. As we enter into episode 15 this week we kick the news off with Level 1: Technology News where we talk about the riots and lawsuits following Apple around on the heels of the new iPhone release. We go from there to cyber attacks on banks, Valve talking about Steam for Linux, HPs CEO and Maingears all in one gaming PC.
Over in Level 2: Video Game News we cover Popcaps employees getting laid off, World of Warcraft, Google trying to understand the modern gamer, Phantasy Star Online 2, the unreleased Cabin in the Woods game, a couple new trilogy releases, some Sony news and 343s plans for Halo.
We close out our show with a heaping helping of Level 3: Entertainment news. This week we discuss Captain America being sworn in as president, Ghostbusters getting rebooted, a Spy Hunter Movie and a ton of Marvel movie news. From there we talk about the Vatican’s opinion of Promethus, what to expect in the new Sin City movie, the lawsuit over the Dark Knight shooting and close out Level 3 with Tonys rant about things Michael Bay has said recently.
