It’s Halloween, and we’re ready to debate Horror!
Does the audience always need an explanation of the evil?
Greetings adventurers, and welcome to this weeks installment of The Surly Nerd! After our prelude, we head into comics where The Hunger is coming back to Riverdale. We also get into NYCC’s plans for 2018 and beyond as well as the lowdown on who is going to be taking over for Doctor Strange as the new Sorcerer Supreme.
Heading into level two, our last two weeks epilogue bleeds into this week as we delve deeper into what’s really going on with the close of Visceral studios. One of the heads of Xbox opens up with their thoughts on microtransactions and a former Bioware employee tells us how much money was made off Mass Effect microtransactions alone.
Over in the world of entertainment, James Gunn has some very choice words about people who argue on the internet about Marvel vs DC movies. Konami has some insane movie/television announcements for the world and Regal has a new way to make money that has us all really ticked off.
Our epilogue is week is our very first PVP segment where we debate if the Horror in Horror should be explained to the audience.
As always, we appreciate all our adventurers who listen to the show every week and we look forward to your feedback on what we discuss! (email@example.com!)
Grab a drink and settle on in for this weeks action packed episode of…The Surly Nerd!
