We also find out this week where the origin of the Spider-Verse comes from, and DC is taking their GIANTS comics and bringing them into more stores worldwide.
Kicking off video game news this week, Overkill has finally put their Walking Dead game to rest, just before its release. Anthem is hitting some huge snags with their console launches, and Dead or Alive’s price tag has everyone worried about the future of the game.
Over in the world of entertainment, all hell breaks loose as Steven Spielberg campaigns to keep Netflix titles out of the Oscars. Rotten Tomatoes is finally making some huge changes in how their ratings system is handled thanks to Captain Marvel, and The Sandlot is getting an all-new series on a streaming service.
Our epilogue this week is all about what game developers can do to keep the medium of video games moving towards the future.
