Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark takes center stage on this weeks…The Surly Nerd!
One of the many reasons we loved the Scary Stories series
Greetings adventurers, it’s time for an all new episode of The Surly Nerd! This week we come at you with all the geeky news you need, kicking it off with a warm and fuzzy prologue about the comic books we have been reading. From there we move into comic book news where we talk about the new Mondo Batman the Animated Series vinyl, the Guardians of the Galaxy team up comic, and close up level one talking about the Masters of the Universe art book.
In Level 2, we talk about the new 3DS homebrew scene, what the Swedes are proposing to rate sexism in video games, and why Paranautical Activity picked up their main programmer after kicking him out for threatening to kill Valves’ Gabe Newell. In Entertainment News we chat it up about the new Playstation Vue, share some memories of the network once called Tech TV and wrap up level 3 with a big discussion on the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark movie and why we need this in our lives. Before we say our good-byes for the week we close out the show with a discussion about the Lego franchise and when too much Lego is too much.
So grab a drink and settle on in for this weeks action packed episode of…The Surly Nerd!
