What is On-Demand Gaming and why do we want it?
Let’s discuss on demand gaming!
Greetings adventurers, and welcome to this weeks installment of The Surly Nerd! After our prelude, we head into comics where DC has begun announcing their lineup for Batman Day 2018. We also have a cool new hero inventor kit made to promote STEM. Level one wraps up with an interesting talk about how Spotify is breaking into comics in a big way!
Heading into level two, EVO 2018 has concluded and Tekken has announced a badass new character for season 2. Nickelodeon is getting into the Mario Kart game with their own racer using characters from all of their IP’s. Level two closes out with a talk about what Fortnite is doing to get around Android and try and make more money.
Over in the world of entertainment, Frank Miller has finally gotten the rights to Sin City back, but does he need them? We also talk about movie pass and its new AMC competition and Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are together once again for what sounds like one heck of a heist movie.
Our epilogue this week is about the rise of “on-demand” gaming.
As always, we appreciate all our adventurers who listen to the show every week and we look forward to your feedback on what we discuss! (firstname.lastname@example.org!)
