Kicking off video game news this week, Microsoft is headed towards their platform-as-a-service with a new risky addition. The Overwatch League is finally giving fans what they want, and 343 has a new person working on Halo that will make the fans happy.

Over in the world of entertainment, Legion is finally coming to an end – but for a good reason. Y: The Last Man is finally going to be getting its big screen break, and CBS has a new detective show that might be the best (or worst) thing ever.

Our epilogue this week is about Sony’s new backwards compatibility patent.
