Greetings adventurers, and welcome to this weeks installment of The Surly Nerd! After our prelude we kick things off in comics where Archie continues to get stranger and Marvel lets us in on what’s next for Battleworld and the Secret Wars series this summer.

In video game news, Clayfighter has decided to come back from the dead, but we think some things are better left buried. The VR wars are heating up as Valve announces their VR project and Epic Games welcomes Indy developers with open arms, but is it too little too late? Over in level 3, Mr. Spock has left this world, but not our hearts. Telltale is trying a new super project out and we try and make sense of it and we talk about who is taking over the Spider-man franchise. Our epilogue this week is about the new Power Rangers fan-film that Saban tried to have banned and what that means for freedom of expression as fans.
