Episode 43

This week on The Surly Nerd…

After a mighty fine prelude we head into level 1, Game Industry News where we discuss: The Nintendo Direct lineup, THQ’s properties for sale, Capcom’s excuses for their sales, 2Ks new direction for the XCOM shooter, EAs class action lawsuit and what EA games are closing down on Facebook.

In Entertainment News: X-box reviving HEROES, what is in store for the new Star Wars movies, The Crow casting news, we debate the remake of Weird Science and talk about the sequel to 21 Jump Street as well as Seth MacFarlane at the Oscars and Expendables 3.

Level 3 is comic industry news where we talk about: The death of Robert Morales, all the news related to Superman’s 75th anniversary, what is going on with the Jokers daughter, Kevin Eastman working on a solo Turtles book and Amazons new comic creator program.

We enter into round 2 of the “Is Superman relevant” debate as we close out this weeks…The Surly Nerd
