Greetings adventures and welcome to Episode 4 of The Surly Nerd. We apologize in advance for the delay in last weeks show but due to a medical emergency we were not able to get it published on time. That being said there’s still some amazing discussion to be had.

Kicking it off in Level 1 we discuss video game news, covering everything from The new Ouya android console to the loss of Capcoms major players. We also talk about Sony’s Gaikai acquisition and Microsoft’s new console name rumor: Xbox 8.

In Level 2 we cover all the geek movie news people crave from Ted to Ghostbusters and even cover the new Spider-Man flick in as much non-spoiler detail as we can. For next week we ask our listeners to watch the original Ghosbusters and to send us Facebook, twitter or email comments about what they love or hate about this 80’s classic.

We close up our show with tech news in Level 3 and drinks at the inn. Lots to talk about on the tech side as Blueseed wants to start up a private tech development island and google is killing some of their projects. Toss that in with HBO go news and lickable MP3 players and it’s a hell of a show.
